Lily is an experienced General Manager with over 16 years’ experience in the hospitality industry. She has a proven track record of enhancing guest satisfaction, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth. This track record also extends to successfully managing hotels, ranging from boutique establishments to hotel apartments in the course of her career. Known for excellent leadership, strategic planning, and commitment to excellence, she continually strives to elevate guest experience and foster a motivated team environment.

Lily started her career in the hospitality industry as a Sales Executive and has since grown in strength, experience and expertise to her current role. Her strong suit lies in Sales & Marketing, Strategy Management, Conflict Resolution & Problem Solving, Team Management & Staff Development, and Event Planning & Execution.
Over the years she has consulted for startup hotels in different parts of the country and lent her expertise from planning to operation.

Lily is a certified Hotel & Hospitality Management Professional from AIPS (American Institute of Professional Studies) Dubai, she’s also a certified Sales and Marketing Professional (Learners Point Institute, UAE).
Her passion and commitment to hospitality led her to becoming the General Manager of Leola Hotel, a member of the Leadway group.
